What You'll Achieve.
Ensure work is completed on-time in alignment with contract requirements; Ensure all crews and subtrades are completing work on-budget; Ensure all crews and subtrades are completing work to required specifications / schedules; Ensure all site operations are compliant with all safety regulations and project requirements
Industry & Context.
Must have a driving record free of major infractions, Must pass a medical/fitness exam, Physically demanding environment, Highly productive environment, High-pressure environment, Valid driver’s license
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within construction industry, Proficient in the use of computers, project or construction management software, and Microsoft Office programs, Organization, time management and people management capable of operating independently with minimal direction, Driving record free of major infractions and less than 6 demerits
Nice to Have
Graduate or current student of a recognized post-secondary program related to civil engineering or construction management, PMP designation
What You'll Do.
Assist project manager/superintendent in setting timelines
Monitor project timelines with superintendents and subtrades
Collect and verify quantity measurements
Prepare documents and reports for review
Monitor project deliverables for budget and schedule
Attend site meetings and update stakeholders
Ensure site operations compliance with safety regulations
Perform regular worksite inspections
Develop and maintain contract document compliance
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working with construction superintendents and subtrades; Liaising with clients, consultants, and subtrades; Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress; Working with support staff to ensure documentation; Working with operators and other crew members; Working with direct supervisors and other employees
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication; Interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals
