Title: Project Coordinator, Permit Expediting Type: Full time, exempt Location: Reston, Virginia—fix/flex schedule with remote flexibility Reports To: Director of Permitting Services Visit Us: https://www.dfmdevelopment.com/ DFM Development Services is an established consulting firm based out of Reston, VA that caters to the real estate development industry. We provide a variety of Development Support Services (red tape related items) to local and national real estate developers, corporations, and other real estate owners on projects throughout the Metro DC area. We are a boutique firm with an excellent client list. Due to recent growth, we are seeking a to hire an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our Permit Expediting team immediately to provide clerical and administrative support. They will review permit submissions, manage data logs and maintain an open line of communication between expeditors and managerial staff.
