What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Education and other Social Science degree, willing to be trained on project management, Good communication and coordination skills, excellent relationship building, Willing to be assigned in an Urban Setting, able to adapt easily to local urban context, Sound understanding of the project cycle, monitoring (SMART) objectives and indicators, Good organizational, managerial, planning, and reporting skills, Ability to handle his/her responsibility under, Works with very minimal supervision, cross-functional, Excellent written and oral communication skills, English language proficiency (both written and verbal), regular local travel specifically in covered Barangays for monitoring and coordination

The role focuses on supporting Alternative Learning System (ALS) students and Out-of-School Youth (OSY) aged 18–24 by facilitating access to technical-vocational education, life skills development, employment opportunities, entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and community savings initiatives. The Project Coordinator will also work closely with community stakeholders, partner institutions, volunteers, accredited training providers, and local government units to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives and outcomes. Collaborates with stakeholders in advocating for local level support to activities. Demonstrates Christ-centered lifestyle that inspires passion and set high standard of personal integrity/maturity. This is a fixed -term position based in Quezon City with covered areas in Malabon. _Major Responsibilities_ ## Project Implementation and Coordination * Coordinate day-to-day implementation of project activities in target barangays including Concepcion, Catmon, Longos, and Potrero. * Ensure timely delivery of project interventions including: * ALS support activities * Technical-vocational training * Entrepreneurship and livelihood training * Value-based life skills sessions * Mentorship activities * Community savings group formation (COMSCA) * Coordinate schedules, venues, logistics, and participant mobilization for training sessions and community activities. * Facilitate communication among project partners, service p
