The Project Coordinator - Lab Moves will assist in project management tasks, ensure project timelines are met, and contribute to the successful relocation of laboratory facilities. Daily local travel between buildings in the bay area. **What is your day-to-day?** * Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of laboratory relocation and lab equipment moves. * Collaborate with project managers, scientists, researchers, and facility managers to establish project requirements and objectives. * Develop detailed relocation plans, including schedules, logistics, and resource requirements. * Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and specialized moving companies to facilitate lab equipment transportation and installation. * Assist in the inventory and cataloging of laboratory equipment, ensuring proper documentation and labeling. * Conduct site visits to assess the current and future lab spaces, identifying potential obstacles and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. * Assist in managing project budgets, tracking costs, and providing updates on project financials. *
