Come join our 31,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories! _Employee Contract Type:_ Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) _Job Description:_ ### ### **Contract Period** : Fixed- Term contract/ maternity cover (1-2 years) dependent on the return of the postholder ### Duty station: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia ### Reports to: Strategy and Evidence Lead ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ### **Project Implementation (50%)** * **Coordinate** the implementation and monitoring of the project in target areas with local government units, community-based organizations, inter-agency networks, faith-based organizations, churches, and other stakeholders. * **Facilitate** consultative planning, reflection, and feedback with project stakeholders. * **Implement** project approaches such as Child Protection, Channels of Hope (CoH), Home Visitor (HV), Celebrating Families (CF), Empowering World View (EWV), and community engagement in cooperation with key stakeholders and project beneficiaries. * **Manage** project budgets efficiently in consultation with key partners, ensuring funds are spent in alignment with budgets and on time, with management and donor approval. * **Ensure** program expenditures are within the project budget and comply with World Vision’s financial policies and donor (WVUS) requirements. * **Maintain** program accountability and sustainability drivers throughout program implementation. * **Mobilize** and support the creation, mobilization, and strengthening of community groups and key stakeholders to catalyze community engagement and improve child well-being. * **Prepare** project documentation and reporting to ensure all required reports are submitted on time, accurately
