What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Communications or Organizational Development, 2+ years related experience in project coordination, communications, or change management, 6+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree, Demonstrated experience creating employee-facing communications, training content, or process documentation, Experience supporting project or program management activities, Proficiency with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite, Demonstrated ability to communicate both written and verbally with high accuracy, Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines independently, Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships
Nice to Have
Experience supporting enterprise transformation, strategic planning, or large-scale change management programs, Familiarity with HRIS platforms, Familiarity with enterprise project management tools

The Project Coordinator, Enterprise Projects Office (EPO), is responsible for executing the communications, change management content, and operational infrastructure that keep Voyager’s highest-priority enterprise programs moving. This is a hands-on execution role that turns strategy into action — publishing program updates, building training materials, supporting enterprise planning cycles, coordinating project intake logistics, and maintaining the EPO’s project portfolio infrastructure so senior program leaders can stay focused on strategy and stakeholder management. The position reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Projects Office. This role is remote and may require periodic travel to Voyager sites for key program events and milestones.
