What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED required, OSHA 10 certification required, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Ensures accuracy in project tracking, reporting, and documentation, Identifies and addresses challenges related to electrical installations and system integration, Works effectively with electricians, engineers, and facility managers
Nice to Have
Associate's degree or certification in Electrical Technology, Construction Management, or related field preferred, Previous experience in electrical construction, manufacturing facility upgrades, or mission-critical power systems, Familiarity with NEC codes, NFPA 70E, and industrial electrical standards, Previous experience in electrical coordination or support role preferred
