Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, 1–3 years’ experience in a client-facing role, project coordination, administrative support, or a similar function, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Experience within an agency, consultancy, or technology company
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary point of contact for routine
Facilitate regular client updates and reporting
Support creation of client-facing materials
Contribute to building and maintaining client relationships
Track progress of multiple projects and programmes
Gather updates from internal teams
Monitor programme schedules
Identify potential roadblocks or dependencies
Assist in documenting project requirements
Help manage project documentation
Support administrative tasks
Prepare internal reports on programme status
Identify opportunities to streamline processes
Improve operational efficiency
Perform general administrative duties
Participate in assigned meetings
Take responsibility for notetaking
Distribute post-meeting notes
