Experience working in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is preferred., Corporate Interiors and Tenant Improvement experience is a plus.

What You'll Do.

Assist Project Manager with project quality

Assist with establishing project governance

Ensure key information and data is shared and retained.

Build and maintain relationships with client and team.

Interface with multiple stakeholders.

Assist with flow of project information.

Develop detailed project plans and follow-up.

Contribute to monthly reporting.

Prepare various reports for multiple audiences.

Assist with proposal preparation.

Manage furniture inventory and ordering.

Coordinate office moves and relocations.

Support event planning and execution.

Coordinate and oversee contractor activities.

Monitor project status and address issues.

Assist with procurement of suppliers/resources.

Manage Supplier Performance Management Program.

Collate and report performance data.

Coordinate supplier/client meetings.

Monitor and assist with performance management techniques.

Assist with risk management processes.

Monitor and report on project costs/spending.

Liaise with client’s finance team.

Manage the change control process.

Identify opportunities to improve Project Management procedures.

Assist with development of new business opportunities.
