Must Have
Associate degree in Architectural, Engineering, or Project Construction Management, Experience supporting Project Managers in building construction projects, Minimum of 7 plus years’ experience as a project administrator, coordinator, or similar role, Understanding of architectural engineering and construction industry

Knowledge of Financial Force, Knowledge of Salesforce, Multitasking skills, Organizational skills, Ability to work effectively independently, Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

Act as a liaison on projects
Monitor project budget
Oversee project organization charts
Oversee project communication charts
Manage progress of work

Oversee contract execution tracking logs
Collaborate with PM to review sub-contractor quotations
Manage contemplated change notices
Assist with collections support
Follow up with clients for timely payment

We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated Project Coordinator to join our Chicago, IL office. The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering engineering design services for building construction projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and controlling project activities and supporting the project team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in areas of initiative, quality of work, customer focus and meeting deadlines. Project Coordinator additional responsibilities: Collaborate with PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules Act as a liaison at a higher level on projects Responsible for tracking/monitoring project budget under direct supervision of the PM Oversee project organization and communication charts Manage the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades Oversee contract execution tracking logs Collaborate with PM to review sub-contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approva
