Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, Must be able to understand, speak & write clearly in English, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel required)
Nice to Have
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a market research environment or combined project coordination experience preferred, Experience working within Digital systems / platforms a plus
What You'll Do.
Support internal teams throughout the entire lifecycle of qualitative research projects
Create and update Excel reports daily to track recruitment progress and keep clients informed
Help with administrative tasks like sending and collecting consent forms and managing logistics on the Sago platform
Join kickoff calls to make sure everyone on the team is clear on the project goals
and client expectations
Set up and manage digital platforms to ensure a smooth experience for participants and efficient project execution
Take on other tasks as needed to help make each project a success
