Project Coordinator About the Role We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join RetailNext's PMO team and provide essential support to our Project Managers across strategic and high-volume deployments. This role sits at the center of how we deliver for our most important customers — keeping documentation sharp, milestones on track, and coordination running smoothly. You're detail-oriented to the point where errors genuinely bother you, and you take ownership of tasks without needing to be chased. You're a quick learner who's energized by getting things right, and you communicate honestly when something's off-track. You'd rather ask the right question early than fix a problem late. This is an early-career role with a defined path forward. The first six months are about building administrative excellence supporting Named Account customers; from month seven onward, you take on increased PM support responsibilities across strategic deployments. For someone who's organized, curious, and wants to grow into project management, this is the right place to start.
