Must Have
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, or related field., At least 2-3 years of customer experience in a BPO setup, Ability to type 40 words per minute (WPM), Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, conflict resolution, critical thinking, troubleshooting skills, Ability to multi-task, work well in a fast-paced environment
