Must Have

Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business Management, Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software, familiarity with architectural drawings and space planning concepts, Knowledge of corporate real estate operations, facilities management, or workplace services, Prior exposure to vendor management, procurement processes, or contract coordination, Familiarity with corporate workplace technologies and systems integration considerations for space projects, Experience with customer service or client-facing roles, Understanding of change management principles and communication strategies for workplace transformations, Proficiency with project management software platforms or collaboration tools beyond basic office applications
