This role will provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across all project functions, working closely with the Project Director and wider project team including Construction, Logistics, Commercial, Recruitment Coordination, Project Finance, and Project Controls Management (PCM). The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring project activities are coordinated efficiently, communication flows effectively between stakeholders, and operational and commercial tasks are delivered to a high standard. The role will involve supporting recruitment and onboarding activities for project personnel, coordinating purchase orders (POs), assisting with supplier setup processes, and helping maintain accurate financial and project records.
