Must Have
2–4 years of experience in a project coordination, project management, or operations role, Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting updates to clients and internal leadership, Proficiency with project management tools (e. g. , ConnectWise, Autotask, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar), Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 — particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams, Excellent organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail, Ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource constraints proactively, Customer-focused mindset — you treat every client interaction as an opportunity to build trust
Nice to Have
Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services environment (highly preferred), Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts — networking, cloud, hardware deployments, or Microsoft 365 migrations, Experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) platforms such as ConnectWise Manage or Autotask, PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a bonus, Experience coordinating hardware/software procurement and vendor relationships, A continuous improvement mindset — always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to
