What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or PMO support, preferably in IT, systems integration, or technology services., Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or managed services projects in the GCC / Oman., organizational and time-management, excellent written and verbal proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to maintain trackers and attention to, ability to manage multiple stakeholder documentation, basic commercial awareness.

Nice to Have

Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Foundation (or equivalent) is preferred.

What You'll Do.

Support project managers in preparing and maintaining project plans

and status reports for CNS projects in Oman.

Coordinate project meetings

prepare agendas and minutes

record decisions and action items

and follow up to ensure timely closure.

Track project milestones

and escalate any deviations from plan to the project manager.

Maintain up-to-date project documentation including scope documents

and progress updates in the designated repositories.

Support procurement and logistics follow-up for project materials

and third-party services

ensuring alignment with project timelines.

Assist with project financial administration

including monitoring purchase requests

and ensuring supporting documents are complete for billing.

Prepare regular project dashboards and summary reports for management and stakeholders
