Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field, 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role, organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Attention to detail and documentation abilities, Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communication, Problem-solving mindset, ability to identify risks, follow up on action items, Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment, Basic understanding of project management methodologies

Create and configure projects in SAP
Maintain and update project plans

Prepare project turnover to Project Manager

Track project deliverables

Support resource coordination
