Full Job Description

Critical Mass is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to come and join the team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn, highly organised, and a strong communicator. You will: Support the planning and delivery of projects, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation Take clear meeting notes and share updates with internal teams and clients Assist in managing small-scale projects, with guidance from senior team members Help track project budgets, timelines, and overall progress Maintain project documentation and ensure information is easy to access and understand Communicate regularly with stakeholders through status reports, emails, and meetings Escalate risks or issues proactively to ensure smooth project delivery Support client onboarding and project intake processes Contribute to project management processes alongside senior team members Gradually take ownership of smaller projects from start to finish Support budget tracking and reporting Participate in project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Learn how to scope projects, plan resources, and deliver against client goals You have: Strong verbal and written communication skills A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn Good organisational skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of project management principles Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Teams, or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Nice to Have: Exposure to project management or resource planning tools (e. g.
