What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, or a related field, 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting support, or similar roles, organizational and time-management skills, Excellent written and verbal communication, Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, Comfort working with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, or data analysis, Curiosity about technology, AI, and emerging solutions, Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Nice to Have
Background or experience in healthcare, medical, or health-related environments, Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects, Experience supporting client-facing projects or consulting engagements, Familiarity with project management tools

Coordinate pilot and early-stage projects from concept through production launch

Maintain project documentation

Analyze project data and workflows to support implementation decisions

Track risks or blockers and escalate issues when needed
