Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or administrative roles, organizational and time management skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, Basic understanding of project management concepts, Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes, Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools
Nice to Have
Exposure to project management tools (e. g. , Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira), Experience working in a technology or software delivery environment, Familiarity with CRM or PSA tools (e. g. , Salesforce, FinancialForce), Basic understanding of software implementation or onboarding processes
What You'll Do.
Supports the delivery of customer implementation projects by coordinating setup activities
and facilitating communication across internal teams and client stakeholders.
Works directly with clients and project teams to assist with onboarding activities
