Two or more years of lead administrative experience in electrical construction industry, High level of customer service to internal and external customers, A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, Must be able to work independently, Excellent communications skills (written and verbal), Proficiency at the intermediate or higher level in MS Word and Excel, Ability to prioritize and organize workload, Handle multiple tasks to successful and on-time completion

Assist with project start-ups and close-outs
Provide front desk relief and administrative support
Prepare routine correspondence
Create and maintain Bid Tracking Log
Maintain Subcontract Checklist
Track Certificate of Insurance Requirements
Track Billing Requirements
Track Contractual Requirements
Assist team with project documentation requests
Create submittal packages
Process monthly billings
Log and track insurance
Log and track bonding
Log and track permits
Log and track submittals
Log and track change orders
Log and track correspondence
Log and track drawings
Provide copies or scans of drawings
Assist with creating tiered subcontracts
Assist with change management
Process electrical permits
Review specification documentation
Coordinate record drawings
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partnering with construction project management staff; act as a support to the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager; Assist team with requests for project documentation; Create submittal packages from information provided by the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager; create O&M package from information provided by Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
