Position Description: We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist to provide administrative and project support to our Project Controls and project teams. This role is well-suited for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working in Excel, and interested in learning how projects are tracked, billed, and coordinated. The Project Controls Specialist will assist with project data entry, document coordination, invoicing support, and general project tracking. This position offers opportunities for growth for someone interested in developing skills in project controls, analytics, and project operations. ## Typical responsibilities include Assist with data entry and maintenance of project tracking spreadsheets and logs Help organize and update project documents, schedules, and deliverables Support Project Managers and Project Controls staff with general coordination tasks Assist with meeting preparation, notes, and follow-up items as needed Support monthly invoicing activities by gathering backup, organizing information, and assisting with reviews Assist with tracking subconsultant invoices and coordinating documentation Maintain invoice and billing logs to support timely processing Update Excel-based trackers used for monitoring project status, schedules, and budgets Assist with compiling basic reports and summaries for internal use Learn and support project tracking and reporting processes over time Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (dynamic formulas,
