Must Have
Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline, Minimum 18 years’ experience in project controls leadership roles, expertise in Primavera P6, cost management systems, and PMIS platforms, Experience delivering major rail or infrastructure programmes, understanding of earned value management and integrated controls methodologies, Experience managing multidisciplinary project controls teams, Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication capability
Nice to Have
Professional certification preferred (PMP, CCP, PSP, or equivalent)
