This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Collaborate and execute project cost projections and forecasting, including coordination with MEP subcontractors. Support internal and external cash flow management for the project. Ensure timely and accurate owner billing, establishing processes for reviews and billing submissions. Oversee submission of changes and compliance with prime contract requirements. Establish and manage processes for internal and external change reviews. Monitor reporting and metrics for change management backlog, focusing on quantity, magnitude, and aging. Assist with document control for correspondence, drawings, and specifications. Generate deliverables that meet prime contract reporting requirements and manage their timely submission. Support development of workflows for RFIs, Submittals, Material Status, Design Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Closeout. Monitor and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related construction field.
