What You'll Achieve.
ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget; Ensure accuracy of reported progress percentage; ensure accuracy and alignment with the overall master schedule; ensure all project required reporting is pared and submitted as per approved reporting schedule
Industry & Context.
Identify and communicate design changes, scope changes and schedule slippages and potential impacts; participate in the identification of mitigations; Ensure trends of cost and schedule are identified; suggest corrective actions; Establish risk management protocol
Driver’s license with a clean driving record and maintenance of such driving record, Physical Demands and Work Environment
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of Project controls experience in the construction of commercial / industrial projects, Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program, Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software, Experience with Viewpoint or similar account software, Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software, Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, Driver’s license with a clean driving record and maintenance of such driving record
Nice to Have
Electrical experience preferred
What You'll Do.

Support Project Manager with client and internal reporting
Manage project kickoff
Update P6 man loaded and cost loaded schedule
Oversee project baseline process for cost and schedule
Establish risk management protocol
Develop progress measurement process
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work in close partnership with Project Management and Regional Operations teams; Interact with Project Management and corporate management teams; Coordinate with cross-functional teams in project setting; Ensure project controls team members interface with engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction
Communication Scope
prepare reports and presentations; communicate design changes; communicate scope changes; communicate schedule slippages; communicate potential impacts; communicate and suggest corrective actions
