Must Have
10+ years of relevant cost and schedule controls experience, Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, Working knowledge of scheduling tools, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Organizational skills and attention to detail, Effective communication, report writing, and presentation skills, Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior and intermediate staff
Nice to Have
Professional certification/designation (PMP and/or AACE preferred), nuclear experience preferred/required, Primavera P6 preferred

Maintain integrated project schedules

Identify and communicate variances
Manage project controls function operations
Lead and develop project controls team
Interface with clients and partners
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interface with clients and alliance partners on project controls matters; Develop recovery and corrective action plans with the project team; Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, clients, and alliance partners
Communication Scope
Effective communication; Report writing; Presentation skills; Communicate with senior management
Process & Methodology
PMBOK/PMI project management techniques, Critical path method (CPM) planning, Earned value management (EVM)
