Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: * Lead and manage commercial, contracts, and project controls functions across major capital projects and programs. * Develop and implement project controls frameworks, procedures, governance systems, and reporting structures. * Oversee cost control, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and earned value analysis. * Lead planning and scheduling activities including integrated master schedules, progress monitoring, and recovery plans. * Manage contract administration activities including claims, variation orders, disputes, and contractual correspondence. * Provide strategic commercial guidance to executive leadership and project delivery teams. * Review and negotiate EPC, EPCM, PMC, consultancy, and subcontract agreements. * Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations. * Lead project risk management activities including identification, mitigation, and reporting. * Oversee preparation of executive dashboards, KPIs, cost reports, schedule reports, and portfolio performance reports. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and operations teams to ensure project alignment. * Lead multidisciplinary teams including planners, cost engineers, contracts engineers, and project controls specialists. * Support project delivery through performance monitoring, critical path analysis, and schedule recovery initiatives. * Participate in executive meetings, steering committees, and stak
