Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent, Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls for large capital projects, Specific experience managing multi-prime contract environments and complex site infrastructure logistics, Proven ability to manage interfaces between multiple independent contractors, including spatial clash resolution, schedule interactions, and hand-offs, Demonstrated experience aggregating and normalizing progress, schedule, and cost data from contractors with varying levels of PMIS and project controls maturity, Ability to develop and apply tailored project control approaches (level-of-effort vs. discrete measurement) based on contract type and risk profile, Proficiency with enterprise project management and collaboration platforms such as Procore, Aconex, or similar, including schedule and data integration

Nice to Have

Experience working on large industrial, infrastructure, or campus-style developments with complex site logistics, Familiarity with integrated project controls environments and portfolio-level reporting, analytical skills and attention to detail in consolidating and validating multi-source data, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence multiple contractors toward common project controls standards, Professional certification in project controls, project management, or cost engineering (e.g., CCP, PSP, PMP)
