Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Data Science/Analytics, or equivalent, Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling and progress measurement, At least 5 years of experience supporting industrial mega-projects, Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, including deep-dive schedule logic forensics, resource-leveling audits, and critical path analysis, proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL, Power Query, and advanced Excel, including experience working with large, complex datasets, Demonstrated expertise in Earned Value Management, including development and enforcement of physical progress “Rules of Credit” and commodity tracking, Proven experience developing and managing Work Breakdown Structures and aligning them with field execution and reporting requirements

Nice to Have

Experience implementing or supporting integrated project controls systems on large industrial or infrastructure projects, Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboards for schedule and progress reporting, PMI or related professional certifications in project management or scheduling, analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail, Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Develop and maintain robust progress measurement frameworks and “Rules of Credit”

Align field execution data with the project Work Breakdown Structure and control accounts

Conduct schedule and progress audits to identify discrepancies

Recommend corrective actions

In this role you will serve as the primary technical forensic auditor for project physical progress and schedule maturity, bridging the gap between contractor field execution data and the reporting baselines. What You’ll Be Doing * Acting as the primary technical authority for progress measurement and earned value analysis across a large industrial project * Performing detailed forensic reviews of Primavera P6 schedules, including logic ties, resource loading, and critical path validation * Extracting, transforming, and validating large datasets from multiple contractor systems using tools such as SQL, Power Query, and advanced Excel * Developing and maintaining robust progress measurement frameworks and “Rules of Credit” to support accurate earned value reporting * Aligning field execution data with the project Work Breakdown Structure and control accounts to ensure consistent, auditable reporting * Conducting schedule and progress audits to identify discrepancies, trends, and risks, and recommending corrective actions * Preparing clear, data-driven progress and EVM reports and dashboards for project leadership and stakeholders * Supporting integration between cost, schedule, and risk data to improve forecasting and decision-making What Required Skills You’ll Bring * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Data Science/Analytics, or equivalent * Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling and progress
