You'll translate complex operational requirements into clear, actionable frameworks while building organizational capability through comprehensive training and development programs. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can design governance systems, analyze operational data, and lead change initiatives that elevate service delivery quality. **Your day-to-day tasks will include:** • Developing and maintaining governance frameworks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures that guide all service delivery teams • Generating monthly operational reports, performance analytics, and preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) content with process and quality metrics • Establishing quality standards, measurement methodologies, and control checkpoints to ensure project compliance and excellence • Leading process design workshops, continuous improvement initiatives, and optimization efforts across the organization • Designing and delivering comprehensive training
