Must Have
Proven experience implementing processes and systems on large, complex infrastructure projects., understanding of Project Controls and cost management principles., Experience facilitating workshops and working with multidisciplinary teams., Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills., Delivery-focused and solutions-driven mindset., Full right to work in the UK
Nice to Have
Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement experience., Experience within Project Controls assurance activities., Knowledge of NEC and/or FIDIC contracts., Professional membership such as AACE, APM or PMI., Experience working in nuclear or highly regulated environments.
What You'll Do.
Lead the development and implementation of a structured cost improvement framework across the Programme.

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
