Must Have
5+ years project experience, Good understanding of the benefits and application of project planning and project controls, High level of IT skills, experience using Project Controls Software including Primavera P6, Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, Confident communicator (verbal & written), Reliable and adaptable to change, Displays a positive can-do attitude and behaviour
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree, Experience working for a consultancy, Experience creating dashboards – Power BI / Tableau

We are a multi award winning organisation with deep expertise across portfolios, programmes and projects. Our team works across Australia and Hong Kong, with strong connections into Europe through the broader Assystem Group. We are big enough to deliver for clients of any scope and size, but small enough to give an agile and people-focused service. We have supported some of the world’s most complex capital projects, helping clients strengthen performance management systems and improve delivery outcomes. We both partner with and differentiate from large consultancies through our hands on experience and practical delivery capability. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Project Controls Consultant to support a key client engagement. We are seeking someone who is driven, adaptable and confident working with senior stakeholders. Life as a LogiKal Consultant: * The ability to work across multiple sectors and on multiple projects, to increase your experience and capability over time * Develop and maintain project schedules/cost controls/risk management/reporting * Perform analysis and interrogation on schedules/cost * Develop Project Controls systems and train clients in the use of the reports * Support Project managers to deliver projects * Maintain project reporting requirements * Ensure that performance is both positive and proactive and that you provide a high impact service – we fix problems quickly, without fuss * Support clients and offer further LogiKal support wherever they need it in the delivery of their project Business Development * Actively identifying opportunities that will help develop LogiKal’s network & services * Attending / participating in LogiKal knowledge sharing
