Must Have
Project Controls methodologies and techniques, High attention to detail, Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Effectively communicates complex issues and concepts, organisational and time management skills, High standard of interpersonal skills, Collaboration with colleagues, Minimum of HND or equivalent qualification in project management, project controls, engineering, or another related field, Proven experience of Project Controls including the tools and a variety of techniques used to deliver project insight and assess performance

What You'll Do.
Oversee cost management processes
Implement client cost control processes
Support ITB cost controller
Coordinate engineering activities and deliverables
Ensure timely implementation of change process
Coordinate LOD manager and scheduler
Provide briefings on project financials
Attend weekly meetings
Monitor project progress
Monitor ITB forecast outturns
Articulate narrative on deviations
Ensure consistency with Central Team KPIs
Provide weekly updates
Run and chair weekly ITB project controls meeting
Support Change co-ordinator
Prepare Cost sheets for Change request
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Commercial discussions between engineering teams and the client; Collaboration with colleagues within and across organisational boundaries; Work closely with the Engineering teams, ITB Cost Controller and Project Controls manager; Ensure close alignment and communication is being shared with the appropriate teams; Provide regular briefings to project managers; Attend weekly meetings with the ITB teams; Provide weekly updates to project controls manager; Run and chair weekly ITB project controls meeting
Communication Scope
Effectively communicates complex issues and concepts; Provide regular briefings; Provide necessary updates and communications; Articulate the narrative on deviations; Provide clear insights and projections; Ensure effective communications
