We are looking for an experienced building consultancy professional responsible for delivering technical due diligence, building condition assessments (BCA/FCA), reserve fund studies, and capital planning strategies across municipal, institutional, and commercial portfolios. * Lead technical due diligence, facility assessments, and capital planning engagements * Deliver BCA/FCA studies, reserve fund analyses, and lifecycle strategies * Translate technical findings into actionable, client-focused advisory solutions * Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders * Provide expertise in building science, asset management, and construction coordination * Support client decision-making through clear reporting and strategic recommendations ## Qualifications * 5+ years in project controls, engineering, or project management * Recognized university degree or equivalent practical experience * Strong expertise in asset management, building assessment
