As Project Controller at Optics11, you will play a key role in supporting the financial and operational performance of our strategic projects. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure strong financial oversight, risk management, and project performance monitoring. Given the entrepreneurial and fast-growing nature of the organization, this position offers a broad and hands-on scope with significant exposure to both finance and operations. Key Responsibilities * Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual spending across multiple projects; * Identify and analyze budget deviations, cost overruns, and financial risks; * Support Project Managers with financial insights and performance reporting; * Track project progress against financial milestones and contractual obligations; * Maintain visibility on project risks, including financial, operational, and delivery-related risks; * Prepare project performance reports and management updates for the CFO and leadership team; * Contribute to improving project control processes, reporting structures, and internal controls; * Act as a financial business partner to the project organization; * Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial data and project reporting; * Develop a solid understanding of accounting principles and their impact on project performance, although transactional accounting itself is managed separately. * Facilitate project maturity assessments and incor
