Eligible to hold a Baseline AGSVA security clearance, Hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance, Compliance to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

Proven experience in project controls or a similar role, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, Hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in a related field

Manage project budgets
Support financial reporting
Support Estimate at Completion (EAC) processes
Assist with invoicing
Assist with accounts processes
Assist with workforce planning updates
Prepare project status reports
Provide performance insights
Support bid estimation
Support contract changes
Support project audits
Ensure document control
Ensure accurate record keeping
