## Description Project Concierge Renewal by Andersen - San Francisco Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. The Project Concierge is responsible for supporting our projects by communicating with our customers, managing schedules for our projects, and resolving issues. We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will be assisting our Installation Managers with customer service and scheduling.    Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for the coordination and all administrative functions related to the entire installation process - Acts as the primary contact for customers, installer, field personnel, and all other parties - Maintain consistent customer touchpoints throughout various project milestones. - Provide updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status and timeline. - Resolve customer complaints regarding product and service, engaging other departments when needed (i.e., sales, ordering, measuring staff). - Schedule an installation date and provide reminders for installation (space needed, remove security systems, safety for lead, etc.) when necessary. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of customer service experience - Attentive, motivated, and organized  - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows - Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a fast-paced environment.  - Ability to work independently to meet strict deadlines Compensation and Benefits package: - $26-28 hourly - Professional growth - 401K plan with a company match - Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance - Va
