Must Have
Degree educated in a land or planning related discipline e.g. Geography, Planning, or Estate / Property Management, Excellent communication skills, particularly in face-to-face meetings, as well as written content such as letters, emails, and communication material, Flexibility in approach to managing workload, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise when necessary, attention to detail particularly in preparing and reviewing complex legal documents and plans, A confident individual with a positive outlook and an approachable friendly manner, The ability to work effectively within a large team, or to work alone as required
Nice to Have
Experience working on infrastructure projects will be advantageous, Knowledge of the various statutory planning processes in Ireland e. g. Compulsory Purchase Orders, Railway Orders, Part 8, and Wayleaving processes will also be advantageous
