Must Have
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, program support, business operations, operations coordination, or similar roles, Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders, Proven ability to keep multiple workstreams organized while maintaining visibility and follow-through, Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, shared documentation systems, and reporting tools
Nice to Have
Experience in media, adtech, trading operations, commercial operations, or related environments is a plus, Exposure to project or program management methodologies is beneficial
