At Sika, the Project Chemist will: * Perform product maintenance * Conduct in-depth chemical reviews * Present results to our customers * TS Audit responsible Preferred Skills * Experience working on teams for audit preparation * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Microsoft Office proficient * Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the customers * Lead technical support to manufacturing plant to assure product quality and performance * Responsible for transferring new products/technologies to production * Adapt existing DFMEA and set up for new modified products * Evaluate new technologies, raw materials, and processes * Manage product maintenance process independently * Initiate technical presentation from raw material suppliers * Leads TS 16949 Audit for the R&D team * Perform special projects and other assignments as directed by manager ## Qualifications -Minimum of 5 years of R&D experience in p
