Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of R&D experience in product formulation, ideally involving polymer compositions for automotive or industrial applications, Proven track record of successfully leading development projects from ideation through market introduction, Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams (e.g. , EHS, Operations, Sales/Marketing) to oversee progress and ensure successful outcomes, Highly motivated, self-driven individual who takes responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks and projects, Curiosity and courage to challenge the status quo and push technical boundaries in support of Sika’s innovation culture, Excellent communication skills and an open mindset that fosters a respectful, collaborative, and enjoyable work environment
