What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the design of architectural projects, Bachelor’s degree, Architectural License or NCARB certification, Proficient in Revit, advanced-level competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to apply architectural principles to buildings/structures and their components or assemblies, Ability to handle designing and drafting assignments including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections required, Self-motivated to meet deadlines and improve process and deliverables, Excellent communication skills required, Ability to write reports and specifications required
Nice to Have
master’s degree a plus, LEED accreditation preferred
What You'll Do.
Participate in conceptual design
Provide full support through project life cycle
Develop and represent lead technical viewpoint
Coordinate with project lead
Review completed reports
Create and modify architectural project designs
Organize and maintain project record information
Coordinate with clients
Plan and supervise design and/or technical work
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with project lead on appropriate technical solutions; Coordinate with clients, project consultants, and engineers
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills required; Ability to write reports and specifications required
