What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of relevant work experience, A bachelor's (or master's) degree in architecture, Architectural licensure is required, Knowledge of Revit, Knowledge of Building Codes, Knowledge of Documentation, Knowledge of Constructability, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
Bluebeam knowledge, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) Certification, WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) Certification
What You'll Do.
Support and lead architects through the design of small to mid sized projects
supervise and mentor staff towards the delivery of complete and accurate design documents
Meet projects milestones and goals
within designated timeframes
Works in tandem with Client
Design Project Manager
Construction and Consultants
Creates complete and thorough set of design documents to meet project goals
milestones and schedules
Leads detailing effort for a complete set of construction documents and construction phase
Leads design meetings
consultant meetings and project team meetings
Coordinates project design schedules
Resolves unusual or complex technical issues
Research and lead code reviews and regulatory approval process
Manages and coordinates Ryan's QA/QC process and project specifications
Identifies and communicates deviations in project
Ensures project goals of design excellence
execution and sustainability
supervise and mentor junior staff
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works in tandem with Client, Architects, Design Project Manager, Designers, Development, Construction and Consultants; Performs tasks with a high level of collaboration and sets an example for others
Communication Scope
Lead design meetings; Lead consultant meetings; Lead project team meetings; Communicates deviations in project
Process & Methodology
Coordinate project design schedules, Manage and coordinate Ryan's QA/QC process and project specifications
