Master's degree in Architecture, Experience in healthcare facilities, Experience in educational facilities, Experience in civic facilities, Experience in science facilities, Experience in research facilities, Experience in sustainable design/LEED, Interest in sustainable design/LEED, Rhino experience, Grasshopper experience
What You'll Do.
Lead a multidiscipline team
Perform layout and detailing
Coordinate work of a multidiscipline team
Establish owner/client meetings
Establish internal meetings
Participate in reviews with governing agencies
Conduct work sessions at project site
Coordinate workload of team members
Complete documents on schedule
Review architectural documents
Perform QA/QC reviews
Perform technical reviews
Write architectural specifications
Edit architectural specifications
Coordinate with affected disciplines
Assist affected disciplines with addenda
Assist affected disciplines with RFIs
Assist affected disciplines with CPRs
Assist affected disciplines with change orders
Incorporate agreed-upon changes
Provide construction contract administration
Perform other duties as needed
