The Project & Office Coordinator plays a dual role in supporting both project delivery and day-to-day office operations. This position partners closely with Project Managers, regional leadership, and administrative teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining a well-organized and high-functioning office environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and can confidently support both technical project teams and local office needs. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Delivery * Support Project Managers in planning and executing design and construction projects of varying size and complexity * Coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors * Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment * Assist in managing project documentation, schedules, and coordination efforts to support successful delivery * Participate in both office-based and on-site project activities Office Operations & Administrative Support * Partner with Team Leaders and administrative staff to support daily office operations * Coordinate facility-related needs including maintenance, vendor management, office equipment, and space planning * Support office meetings and events, including logistics, scheduling, and preparation * Provi
