ARSIEM is looking for an Engagement Support Specialist to provide dedicated technical and logistical coordination for Bespin cloud engagement operations. This role serves as a critical liaison between operational teams, technical staff, and government stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, resource coordination, and mission support throughout the engagement lifecycle. This position will support one of our Government clients in Arlington, VA. ## Responsibilities Coordinate engagement kit requests and approvals with federal leads Manage tracking and status reporting for all active engagement kits Coordinate software license procurement and management Facilitate hardware shipments and supplemental field device logistics Serve as primary point of contact for engagement leads, analysts, and case managers Compile and distribute weekly operational reports to federal leadership Maintain engagement documentation and configuration records Coordinate scheduling for kit provisioning and decommissioning activities Track and report on engagement timelines and service level agreements Support real-time coordination during active operations Facilitate communication between technical teams and operational staff Manage resource allocation requests and priority adjustments Coordinate data archival confirmation and engagement closeout procedures Maintain inventory of available resources and cap
