## Description As our Project Administrator - Civil Special Projects, you will provide administrative and operational support to civil construction project teams, partnering with project managers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects organized, compliant, and running smoothly. Day‑to‑day, you will manage project documentation, process invoices and timesheets, support contracts and purchase orders, assist with scheduling, and track compliance requirements such as insurance documentation. You’ll work closely with project teams to keep information accurate, timely, and aligned with project specifications. Experienced team members may take on support for more complex projects, assist with budgeting and forecasting systems, help prepare client materials, mentor others, and identify process improvements. Successful team members in this role are organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and team‑focused, with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach. ## Your Skills Administrative Organization & Project Documentation Management Invoice Processing, Timesheets & Billing Support Contract & Subcontract Administration Compliance Tracking (Insurance, Documentation, Requirements) Scheduling Coordination & Project Logistics Construction Software & Data Management (e.g., CMiC) Communication & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Attention to Detail, Adaptability & Problem-Solving ## Your Background 2–5+ years of experience in administrative, financial, or project coordination roles (construction experience preferred). Experience supporting contracts, billing, or project documentation processes. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., CMiC) and Microsoft Office tools. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across project teams and stakeholders.
