In this role, you sit at the centre of a busy project environments — connecting people, keeping things organised, and making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with project leaders and the wider team, helping create a space where people can focus on their work, knowing the details are taken care of. About the role This is a hands-on role across a large, multidisciplinary team. You’ll take ownership of the project office and support how the team works day to day — from keeping schedules aligned, to setting up workshops, to making sure new starters feel welcome from day one. It’s a role that suits someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable working across different people and priorities.
