The role is responsible for the initiation and execution of various projects that produce a high return on investment, aligning with the most current business objectives. The role has a strong focus on delivering a ‘no better experience’ for stakeholders, continuous improvement, and optimising team and business performance. **Requirements** As the Project Administrator, you will: * Ensure timely execution of deliverables through high quality implementation and strong relationships * Communicate regularly and appropriately with the relevant stakeholders on project statuses and prioritisation across the business * Maintaining excellence through quality project implementation that align to efm’s Quality Management System * Submit clear and actionable business cases to technology teams for efficient and successful completion * Provide required analysis and reporting to Senior Leadership Team * Ensure robust systems and controls are in place, including maintaining documented process maps / procedure manuals of all processes and relevant training to the broader business * Ensure strong governance and compliance with legislation, regulations and best practice * Ensure continued adherence to Group practices and policies * Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process, technology and best practice initiatives to ensure improved quality and efficiency of service to the business and stakeholders About you: * 2+ years of experience in Project implementation, analysis or systems implementation * Tertiary level education in Project Management, Busin
